▸If you have a companion joining you with a "Follower Ticket", please make your own way to the school. The transfer service is reserved for participants who have booked the cooking class and unfortunately cannot accommodate companions.
▸Food allergies: If you have any food allergies, please inform us when booking or contact customer service in advance so we can make proper arrangements.
▸Photo & video: Participants are welcome to take photos or videos during the class.
▸Vegetarian options: Recipes can be adjusted to vegetarian versions upon request. Spice levels can also be customized to your preference.
▸Booking confirmation: Please check availability with customer service before making your reservation to ensure your spot.
▸Hotel pickup: After checking in, please provide your room number and valid contact information. Be ready at the hotel lobby on time for pickup. Drivers will wait no longer than 5 minutes; late arrivals will be considered a no-show and are non-refundable and non-changeable.
▸Valuables: Please keep personal belongings safe. We recommend not bringing valuables, as any loss or damage during the activity is the participant's responsibility.
