Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 16:00, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 16:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

*Please do not bring any valuable to The Acala Spa. The Acala Spa will not be responsible for any loss of valuable items.
*For your comfort, we will provide you a sarong, disposable underwear and slippers. If you wear contact lenses, it is advisable to remove them prior to your treatment to avoid any discomfort.
