The highest level of professionalism! He explained everything without even knowing the language. I want to express my deepest gratitude to our guide for a unique excursion. Before the tour, I was worried I wouldn't understand anything due to the language barrier (I don't speak English). But my guide turned out to be a true master of his craft! He found ways to convey information, pointed out details on maps, and communicated through a translator. Thanks to his patience and desire to truly explain, not just memorize, I not only understood everything but was completely engaged. This was an invaluable experience and a truly human touch. Following tour guide Nie Qian on a tour of the Forbidden City was a completely different experience from the usual rushed sightseeing. With Nie Qian's explanations, this tour not only provided insights into the differences between the Ming and Qing dynasty architecture and history, but also revealed many details I hadn't noticed before and introduced me to interesting historical stories. Tour guide Nie Qian has a pleasant voice, speaks at a suitable pace, and speaks fluent Mandarin. The headphones provided for the tourists were of excellent quality—no background noise, clear sound, and a long range. Tour guide Nie Qian is very attentive. She not only makes eye contact and interacts verbally with the tourists, but also patiently points out the best angles for taking photos and waits for everyone to take pictures. There were schoolchildren in the group, and Nie Qian used historical stories to encourage them to study hard and serve their country. There were also elderly people in the group, and Nie Qian carefully reminded them to keep up, only continuing the tour when they were all included. Tour guide Nie Qian has extensive and solid professional knowledge. She patiently answered all the tourists' questions, and her answers were fluent and readily available. A very satisfying tour.


