"It was simply UNREAL! 😍😍😍 The hot air balloon ride exceeded all my expectations! I'm still in awe and can't stop looking through the photos and videos.
The most amazing thing is the silence at altitude. You can only occasionally hear the burner, and all around you are endless fields, rivers, forests, toy houses, and the incredibly beautiful dawn sky. The feeling of freedom and lightness is simply indescribable! It feels like you're floating above the world, and all your problems are left somewhere down there.
A special HUGE thank you to the pilot—a true professional and a very positive person! He explained everything in detail, joked around, reassured me (though I wasn't afraid at all!), and took amazing photos. The crew is also great: well-organized, a warm atmosphere, and the champagne after landing was the icing on the cake! 🥂
Scared? No! It was so smooth and comfortable that I wanted the flight to last forever.★

The evening before, we received a call confirming the pickup time. On the day of the ride, the pickup was almost exactly on time. After arriving at the departure point, we waited for about an hour while enjoying snacks and tea. It was September, but it was quite cold, and many people were wearing windbreakers. Although it was advertised as a sunrise ride, we actually got on the balloon after the sun had risen, which was a little disappointing. However, the scenery was very beautiful. The basket was divided into about eight spaces, with four people in each space, and we took turns taking pictures. Once we were up in the air, it was warm thanks to the burner. After flying for about an hour and landing, we received a drink and a certificate of participation, and that was the end of the ride. The whole process, from pickup to returning to the hotel, took a little over three hours. I think it was a great experience.★

The booking process is simple. A message informing the transfer's arrival time at your hotel will be sent to the WhatsApp number you provided during the booking process. On-site instructions are provided, and the guide demonstrates everything clearly. The guides are friendly and helpful. The horses are all well-groomed, beautiful, and obedient. You don't have to do much in the saddle (which means you don't have to worry about anything going wrong), as two guides are with you during the ride and give the horses sound signals to speed up and slow down. However, the horse will also listen to you. In short, we highly recommend it!★
