Eligibility
Adult: Age 12 to 80
Child: Age 4 to 11
- Seniors over 65 years old are not recommended to use the service.
- Infant under 1 years old, pregnant ladies, passengers with orthopedic disease, heart disease, high blood pressure and asthma are not allowed to use the service.
- Child aged less than 3 years old are free of charge until 1st November 2025, when he or she will start to be charged 300 baht per way.

1) Redemption Address:
- from Phuket to Phi Phi Island: Andaman Wave Master's Counter at Gate 1, Phuket Rassada Pier - 64, 423 Tha Rue Mai road, tambon Rassada, Muang, Phuket 83000 7:30 - 13:30.
- from Tongsai to Phuket: Andaman Wave Counter, Ton Sai Pier - Moo 7, Phi Phi Island Krabi 81000. Please see https://maps.app.goo.gl/VMdnXyTp3CjGhBAi9
- from Laemtong to Phuket: P.P. Erawan Palms Resort. Please see: https://maps.app.goo.gl/5m6ZcZqu4UYcHscY7
2) Redemption Time: 30 minutes before departure time.
3) Illustration:
- If you have chosen the pick-up service in Phuket, please arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minute before pickup time and present your booking number to the driver. Then present your booking number to staff at the Gate 1 of Rassada Pier.
- If you have chosen the drop-off service, please present your booking number at the Phi Phi check-in counter at least 30 mins before departure time.
- If you have not chosen any transfer service, please present your booking number to staff at corresponding check-in counter at least 30 mins before departure time.
4) Baggage: 1 Suitcase (up to 18 inches), 1 handy bag per person included in the fare price.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 08:20, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 08:20 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
1) Free pick-up/drop-off area: Phuket Town, Patong, Kata, Karon, Chalong, Rawai, Naiharn. The transfer service is provided between your hotel and Phuket Rassada Pier. Please note that no transfer will be offered on Phi Phi island. Please check the pick-up/drop-off area carefully. If your Hotel Address is beyond the selected area, we will notify you in advance, and please go to the meeting point by yourself and no fees will be refunded.
- If you purchase a one-way ticket from Phuket to Phi Phi Island, we will provide a pick-up service from your hotel in Phuket to Rassada Pier.
- If you purchase a one-way ticket from Phi Phi Island to Phuket, we will provide a drop-off service from Rassada Pier to your hotel in Phuket.
2) The weather may affect the transfer departure and duration.
3) If you will check in at SAii Village Resort, the shuttle boat can drop you off at the front of the hotel. Please inform the merchant upon ticket redemption at the pier.
[Note] Laemtong Beach Hotels include Phi Phi Natural Resort, P.P.Erawan Palms Resort, Zeavola Resort, Holiday Resort and Saii Island Village.
