• Unable to select seats
• The dining location is determined by the menu selected. Guests who choose different menus may not be seated at the same location
• For group bookings (2 or more persons), please inform the operator in advance. We will try to arrange seating at the same table. Such arrangements may not be possible without prior notice.
• If you have any dietary restrictions due to allergies, dislikes, religious reasons, pregnancy, personal dietary habits or medical advice, please inform the operator in advance. We will do our best to accommodate the request. It may not be possible to accommodate without prior notice
• Operations will usually continue even in rainy days. However, if extreme weather is expected to affect the safety of the cruise, the route may be changed or the cruise may be cancelled. No refunds will be given if the route is changed. Guests will be notified in the event of a cancellation.
• If the guest has not arrived 15 minutes before departure, a phone call may be made to confirm their location
