How to use
Once your booking is confirmed, we will send the voucher to the email address you provided. Please check the email for instructions on how to use the voucher. Please note that the voucher is only valid for the travel group mentioned in the booking options. The voucher is not valid for any other group of travelers.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

- Please arrive 15 minutes early.

- Pickup from a secure gate outside your accommodation in Alanya or nearby.

- There will be swimming breaks during the trip.
- Depending on traffic conditions and your location, ride times may vary.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult or guardian at all times during the activity.
