After successful booking, an electronic confirmation will be sent to your email. Please arrive at the departure point 20 min before your booked time slot, find the crew member of your designated boat, and present your confirmation for participation.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 4 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 4 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

1. Whale watching tours are highly dependent on weather conditions. Please proactively call the whale watching company the day before and on the morning of your tour to confirm if there are any changes.
2. If you have an Australian number, please update it with customer support promptly.
3. Please assess your physical health condition to determine if it is suitable for this speedboat tour. Pregnant women, young children, and those with underlying medical conditions are not permitted to participate.
