Group Size Instructions
This is a small group flight product with a minimum group size of 4 travelers. Individual travelers can still book, but please note the flight will only operate if other passengers book for the same date. If fewer than 4 travelers sign up for the departure date, the supplier will notify you in advance to reschedule or issue a full refund. If the supplier cancels due to insufficient participants, we will not be liable for breach of contract. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.
Weather impact notice
Hot air balloon rides are highly dependent on weather conditions such as wind speed, visibility, and rainfall. If the flight is canceled due to weather, you can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund with no conditions. Please keep your phone available the evening before and the morning of your scheduled flight to receive notifications about whether the flight will proceed.
Transfer services (optional)
We have two pick-up & drop-off points in Christchurch:
1 - Novotel Plaza Cathedral, 52 Cathedral Square (pickup time is 60 minutes before the activity starts)
2 - Westfield Riccarton bus stop, outside Westfield Shopping Centre, next to McDonald's on Riccarton Road (pickup time is 50 minutes before event start)
