Validity period: The boat departs at 18:50, please arrive 15 min in advance.
 
Usage Instructions: Please present your e-ticket for verification when boarding the ship.
 
How to use the audio guide: Sign in to Wi-Fi and scan the QR code on the table to access the online audio guide (we recommend bringing your own headphones)
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:55, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:55 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note

Due to irregular traffic on the Vltava River, the cruise route cannot be guaranteed, but the duration of the cruise will not be affected.

Customers can stop at Smichov Lock twice, with each stop lasting 20 min
