The Memorial Hall of the Victims in Nanjing Massacre by Japanese Invaders has implemented new regulations: Only one party can link information to book admission tickets for travelers. After deleting a visitor's information, that visitor cannot make a reservation within 72 hours. Therefore, if you need us to book on your behalf, please ensure all travelers do not link their information themselves. Once linked, the information cannot be deleted!!! Otherwise, neither party will be able to make a reservation. If the booking system shows that the information is already linked and cannot be reserved, no refund will be issued, and the full fee will be charged by default.
The attraction is free but requires a reservation. If we are unable to secure admission tickets due to increased visitor traffic during major holidays or official control measures, we will contact customers one day in advance to reschedule or offer a full refund [no compensation]!!!
Friendly reminder: During holidays such as Qingming Festival, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, National Day, winter/summer vacations, and Lunar New Year, join-in tours originally for 15 people may be upgraded to accommodate around 20 people. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during peak seasons and major holidays. Silent orders will be considered as acceptance of this policy. Thank you for your cooperation!

Nanjing Massacre guide/self-guided tour is at the History Exhibition Hall
Guided Tour Attraction meeting time for the morning session and afternoon session. The guide will contact you via phone or SMS the day before, so please keep your phone accessible. The specific meeting time for the guided tour will be informed by staff via phone call the day before. During the peak season, specific times will be arranged based on the tour type, and additional guided tour durations may be added as per the notice!!! Disclosed times during peak season can be ignored!!!

1. For guided tours with admission ticket reservation services for groups of 1-15 people, please choose Package A or Package B.
2. The package for self-booked tickets only includes the guide service. For merchants that do not provide booking services, please choose package C or D (please check the package services carefully before placing your order).
[Overbooking Notice] Please place orders in good faith. Any unregistered attendees due to inaccurate purchases will not be permitted entry. On-site listeners must pay an additional fee of 300 per person!!!
