If tickets are unavailable, a full refund will be issued in advance. All tickets are group tickets, and once a reservation is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted! (For departures from Tongren: Lunch is not included; groups of fewer than 12 people will not have a guide; early pick-up is available within Tongren city—please consult customer support for specific pick-up areas.) The vehicle type will be arranged based on the actual number of participants on the day. Please take note. During peak season, return times are not fixed, so we do not recommend booking same-day return transportation. Shuttle bus passengers and 1-day tour participants will be on the same vehicle. Upon arrival near the attraction, the group will have a meal together before proceeding to the attraction by bus.

If entry is not possible due to weather conditions, only the unused portion of the fees can be refunded, and no refunds will be issued for expenses already incurred.
