The South Korean tour guide team was very professional. After booking through Ctrip, they communicated with us one day in advance to confirm the meeting time and place. The itinerary was compact and well-planned, visiting Imjingak, Dora Observatory, and the Third Tunnel in sequence. Our tour guide, Kim Ji-hye, was professional, cheerful, and humorous. She provided detailed explanations of the history of inter-Korean relations and each attraction, and thoughtfully helped with taking photos and translation.

This trip was perfect and a very worthwhile one. It allowed us to delve deeper into history and learn about the past. We were only 173 meters from North Korea. Our guide, Kim Ji-hye, was also incredibly nice and a fantastic person with extensive historical knowledge. On the way back, she kindly asked us which hotel we wanted to go to and helped us with navigation and sent us directions!

Crystal was really easy to understand and explained very well. The ride was comfortable and the view from the observatory was incredible. If you want to go see the DMZ but don’t want to spend the whole day, i really recommend this tour.
