- Use the e-voucher provided by the supplier to redeem your ticket.

 

- The e-voucher is valid for 1 year from the purchase date. The specific expiration date is shown on the e-voucher. You can use it once within the e-voucher. Please select your intended travel date when placing the order for the system to issue tickets.

- Please be sure to redeem the e-ticket at the counter first to obtain the physical ticket, as e-tickets cannot be used for boarding.

 

- Please note that you need to redeem your bus tickets at the Kansai Airport bus ticket counters in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 of Kansai International Airport.

 

- Guests who have purchased tickets from Osaka Umeda to Kansai International Airport can conveniently redeem their tickets at the ticket counters in Kansai International Airport (Terminal 1 or 2) or at the New Hankyu Hotel (1st floor south gate waiting room). (This applies only to tickets from Osaka Umeda to Kansai International Airport. Other tickets must be collected at Kansai International Airport).
