Validity period
- 1-Day Osaka Subway and City Bus Pass: Can be used on any one day within the validity period. (Last usage start date: Nov 30, 2025)
- 2-Day Osaka Subway and City Bus Pass: Can be used for two consecutive days within the validity period. (Last usage start date: Nov 29, 2025)
- The voucher is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.
- Each ticket is valid for one person only.
- Please make sure to tap the "Start Use" button after 3:00 AM on the day of the activity. If you tap the Start Use button between 12:00 AM and 2:59 AM, the ticket will become invalid at 3:00 AM on the same day. Please take note.

Usage process

Take the subway
1. Please go to the e-ticket page and select "Show train QR code".
2. Tap to start using
3. Select "Confirm".
4. If you've booked multiple tickets, tap the arrow keys to display all QR codes in sequence, then scan each one at the ticket gate to let your companions board first.
5. Visitors who purchased tickets using devices should enter last.
Take the bus
1. Tap "Scan bus QR code"
2. Allow camera function to be enabled
3. Tap to start using
4. Select "Confirm".
5. After boarding the bus, please scan the QR code inside the vehicle.
6. Tap to start using, please wait approx. 3–10 sec after scanning.
7. After successful reading, the screen will automatically switch to the verification screen. If the screen exceeds the valid period (15 min), please reopen the camera function and complete the scanning process again.
When getting off, please show the driver the green check mark indicating successful verification
