- Visit with transfer from Cordoba: you must be 10-15 min before departure time at the Paseo de la Victoria Bus Stop (Glorieta Cruz Roja), in front of the Eurostars Palace Hotel.
- Visit without transfer: you must be at the site before 11:00, when the bus from Cordoba arrives. You will have to leave your vehicle in the Medina Azahara car park. LOOK FOR THE ART IDENTIFIER IN CORDOBA.

How to use

The departure time varies according to the booking option chosen. If you choose the option with transport from Cordoba you must be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the time indicated on the voucher. If, on the other hand, you decide to go to the site by your own means, wait for the guide at the shuttle bus stop and do not go up to the site on your own. It is essential to carry a valid passport or ID card as this may be required at one of the entrances to the monument. Children must be included in the booking as they will be required to have a ticket when entering the monument.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.
