Eric, our tour guide is very knowledgable and entertaining. He is very passionate in his job and makes sure that each traveller's needs are met. The tour is as advertised and very organised especially in terms of ordering lunch, ice cream and boba tea with are all done in advanced. We didn't have to wait in the queue. (RCZ-1289) As a family of four traveling with two children, I was worried about transportation and safety, but the guide was so kind and attentive, allowing me to enjoy the tour with peace of mind. The guide was so cheerful and fun, and we had a wonderful time. He was especially helpful in finding great photo spots, which made our family photos truly memorable. The beautiful scenery of Sun Moon Lake and Qingjing Farm, combined with the guide's excellent service, made for a perfect day. I highly recommend!★
