We enjoy our full day tour in hongkong. The guide is knowledgeable enough to discuss us every place and they give us enough time to take photos. The tour in morning is more in walking (please wear comfortable shoes). We enjoyed thus historic place of Hongkong. We also enjoyed the egg tart so delicious. The hongkong restaurant in lunch is so good don't forget to try it.

My friend and I joined this Jiufen day trip, and the overall experience far exceeded our expectations! Most itineraries combine Shifen and Jiufen, but we just wanted to leisurely explore Jiufen, so we were happy to find this package that only included Jiufen. The original itinerary indicated a group of about 30 people, but surprisingly, there were only two groups of three on the day. The travel agency not only didn't cancel the trip but also thoughtfully changed it to a nine-seater vehicle, making the entire journey more comfortable and almost like a private charter. The tour guide was very professional, extremely familiar with Jiufen, and could communicate in Chinese, Japanese, and English. The itinerary was very flexible, with plenty of free time; she was also very willing to accompany us and provide explanations if needed. The overall atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant, and it is a highly recommended travel experience! My friend and I joined this Jiufen day tour, and the experience exceeded our expectations! Most tour packages combine Shifen and Jiufen, but we wanted to explore Jiufen at a relaxed pace, so we were very happy to find a tour dedicated solely to Jiufen. The tour description mentioned a group of around 30 people, but in the end there were only two parties with a total of three guests. Instead of canceling, the agency thoughtfully arranged a smaller nine-seater vehicle, making the trip much more comfortable and almost like a private tour. Guys, I highly recommend the full package!!! It's mere pennies and provides all-day entertainment!!! My friend and I were so happy when we chose this excursion! We went parasailing, banana boating, and jet skiing, and we were treated to delicious food. We fed geese on a beautiful island, sunbathed, took tons of drone photos and videos, and went on a paddle boarding trip! Absolutely delightful!

I booked the tour literally a day before departure, and the organization was excellent! The manager immediately contacted me via messenger, and we easily arranged a convenient pickup location. In the morning, the bus arrived on time and took me to the port. The check-in process was quick and straightforward. A huge thank you to Rachel, the positive and very attentive staff member, who checked everyone in, explained everything, and escorted us to the ship. The crew on board were true professionals! The cheerful, positive guys gave a detailed briefing. After just 30-35 minutes of sailing, we were there, and we were incredibly lucky – the whales appeared almost immediately! Words cannot describe the joy of seeing these mighty, beautiful giants right next to you! Powerful backs, fountains of spray, majestic tails... it's a heart-stopping sight. Since it was a February morning, it was quite windy on the water. If you're feeling cold, be sure to bring a warm sweater or windbreaker! I highly recommend this tour!

I participated with two friends. They picked us up at our hotel in Bangkok near Sukhumvit and the car was a large Hiace with a spacious interior, so we had a comfortable two-hour ride to Pattaya. In the morning, we stopped at a parking lot on the highway for a restroom break. We arrived at Koh Larn by speedboat in 15-20 minutes from Bali Hai Pier in Pattaya. We had a very relaxing time on the island. It was a very good tour, especially considering the price. I'd like to thank the staff.

The scenery was beautiful! Overall, the driver received full marks for his service, while the day tour guide received a neutral rating for the following reasons: 1. The introductions throughout the tour, including the advance phone call to remind guests to take the tour bus that morning and the explanations after boarding, were all excellent. However, the guide's personality might have affected his service, making it impossible to give him full marks. This trip included shopping, a day tour with chartered vehicle, and entrance fees to the scenic area. However, if you want to see the best of Tie Shen Pond, there are some optional extras. We were happy with the extras, as they included the cable car, Baidu Maps, and sightseeing bus for a comprehensive view of the Tie Shen Pond. We cooperated with the guide's explanations and bought a package ticket for 420 yen per person, or 840 yen for two people. Because of the altitude in Xinjiang, and the fact that everyone experiences water and soil acclimatization issues, my wife was prone to drowsiness. Throughout the trip, I followed the tour guide's instructions, saying that I would speak respectfully and that they should also respect me. I was able to listen to each family as a group, with one person from each family listening attentively to the guide's explanations. This was already quite respectful. It was just a chance encounter with the tour group on a one-day trip, but the guide suddenly demanded that my wife and I not sleep and listen to him. This was unnecessary. Although he didn't mention it, I guess he was being considerate. However, after I got off the bus, there was a rest stop where we could use the restroom. The tour guide whispered in my wife's ear, "Are you going to Shangshui?" That's just too much. It's supposed to be high-quality service, maybe a group from several travel agencies combined, and everyone should be considerate of each other. But there's no need for that. Our positive and effective voting is actually a way of being responsible for ourselves and showing respect to the tour guide's work. It's already good enough that we can interact and communicate together, and that mutual support is enough. There's no need to satisfy everyone personally. There's no need to say to the guests when they get off the bus, "We're just here to have fun, nobody owes anyone anything." Besides, we are consumers paying money, and we don't need any extra services or emotional value. You can't expect every guest to have emotional value. Since we're a family, one level of resonance isn't enough. It's too demanding. Don't treat guests like this on a one-day tour that costs a little over a hundred yuan. Why make such a fuss? This is too much of a self-important attitude. The tour guide needs to make their job more like a... Every day, I have to work in a way that keeps up with the times. There's no need for me to rely on my 15 years of experience as a tour guide and then, with what I think is a humorous attitude, demand that everyone interact with me. I even offer to compensate a family 820 yuan for interacting with me, but two people doing the whole thing isn't enough. I'm just staring at him, and he can't even look at me properly. He's more demanding than the head of the teaching department. It's all so unnecessary. I don't want to give him face or give him any leeway. So it's good enough that I didn't give him a serious bad review.
