Chinese/English/Japanese speaking guide, PADI certified diving instructor, professionally certified coach, insurance provided by the activity organizer, includes fish feeding, includes a free set of 20 photos, includes necessary wetsuits and snorkeling equipment, 30-minute underwater experience.

The fee does not include facility usage charges (parking, bathing, shuttle service) at JPY300 per person. Includes 20 free photos; video recording is available for an additional JPY3,000.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 7 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Please arrive at the designated location at least 15 minutes before the activity start time to avoid delaying subsequent arrangements. No waiting will be provided for late arrivals.

Participants who take a flight within 18 hours of the activity. (This restriction does not apply to snorkeling participants.)

Depending on the sea conditions on the day of participation, the activity location may change. If swimming is prohibited in the Blue Cave, we will be unable to visit it. In such cases, we will conduct the activity at the nearby "Maeda Beach" instead, and no refunds will be issued. Please note that the route will be determined based on wave and wind conditions, regardless of rainy weather.
In the event of activity cancellation due to force majeure such as typhoons, we will issue a full refund without any additional charges.
If participating in the activity, an additional facility usage fee of ¥300 will be charged. Please pay directly on-site.
