2. The package displays the total travel time, while the actual flight duration is subject to weather conditions.

3. For self-driving guests who arrive early, the operator will provide complimentary tea and coffee, along with free Wi-Fi.

4. The flying activity is easily affected by weather. In case of cloudy, windy, or rainy conditions, we will adjust the flight route based on actual weather conditions to ensure you can enjoy the aerial views of Wanaka as much as possible. We recommend contacting the service provider on the confirmation sheet one day before your trip to confirm the arrangements. If the activity is canceled due to unavoidable factors like weather, rescheduling or cancellation is possible.

5. On the day of the flight, please wear comfortable shoes. You can bring your mobile phone or camera on board, but selfie sticks are not allowed.
