Airport Bus Ticket: Nishitetsu Bus (Fukuoka Airport International Terminal - Hakata Station) *Important!! Tickets for next-day bus rides must be purchased by 11 PM the day before.

When taking the bus, use a mobile device such as a tablet or smartphone to access the e-ticket link received after booking. Show the e-ticket to the attendant (or driver) and press the use button.

* Internet access is required when using an e-ticket, so please ensure you have a network connection ready in advance.

Please note: Screenshots of photos or printed paper tickets cannot be used.

If multiple tickets are purchased in a single transaction, they cannot be used separately. Once the first ticket is used, all tickets will be consumed simultaneously. To use tickets on multiple occasions, please purchase them separately.

To prevent unauthorized use, when opening your e-ticket in a different environment from where it was first accessed, the system will require OTP (one-time password) verification. Please follow these steps to complete the verification.

1. Please enter a valid email address and tap Send.

2. Please check your email for the OTP password email. If you can't find it, it may have been classified as spam. If it's not in your spam folder either, the email address you entered may be incorrect. Please reopen the e-ticket website and enter your email address again.

3. Enter the OTP code from your email on the e-ticket screen and select Confirm. If the code is correct, you'll be directed to the e-ticket usage screen.

Please note: Once OTP verification is complete, the email address cannot be changed. Therefore, please make sure to enter your own email address when verifying.

To proceed with the process, you must have an Internet connection when tapping the "Use" button and when presenting your ticket on screen.

When purchasing tickets for 2 or more passengers, all travelers must stay together throughout the applicable route section and cannot travel separately.

Due to road conditions and weather on the day, the bus may experience significant delays or temporary service interruptions. Please check the bus operation information in advance before use.

Refunds or extensions of the expiration date cannot be granted due to bus service interruptions or delays.

If you wish to cancel your booking before use, please contact the original ticket purchase point as early as possible. Once used, the booking cannot be canceled or modified.

※Even when used under recommended conditions, some mobile devices or environments may experience compatibility issues.

How to use

- Tap the start button to use the bus ticket. (Valid for 1 hour from start time)

When getting off the bus, please show the driver a valid bus ticket.

※If the time displayed on the ticket screen remains unchanged, it will be considered invalid.

Purchase eligibility

1. Hold a passport issued by a government other than Japan.

2. Must hold a "temporary visitor" status of residence. "Temporary visitor" is a status of residence defined by Japan's Immigration Control Act.

Sanyo Shinkansen one-way ticket exchange machine

*Once the e-ticket is exchanged for a "boarding pass", you will not be able to request a refund or change the travel date.

*On the same day, you can ride the Sanyo Shinkansen "NOZOMI," "MIZUHO," "SAKURA," "HIKARI," or "KODAMA" trains in unreserved seating.

Cannot take the same section of local train.

1. Please present the received voucher and go to the "Sanyo Shinkansen (Kokura–Hakata) one-way ticket dedicated exchange machine" at Hakata Station to redeem your "boarding arrangement ticket."

Please scan the QR code on the machine.

② Please collect your boarding ticket from the ticket machine and enter through the staffed ticket gate at the station.

※ Hakata Station can only exchange tickets departing from Hakata for Kokura, and Kokura Station can only exchange tickets departing from Kokura for Hakata.

Green ticket machine

Please present the received voucher and the passport of the non-Japanese booking person, then proceed to the designated station ticket machine to exchange for a physical ticket.

Station ticket machines are available in five languages: Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, and Korean.

Note: If the ticket machine is faulty or your passport does not have an IC chip, please go to the Green Window counter at the designated station to exchange for a physical ticket.

Important Notes

For train schedules and operation information, please check the announcements at the ticket gate.

When the "San'yo Shinkansen (Kokura~Hakata) one-way ticket exclusive exchange machine" is out of service due to malfunction, please exchange for a physical ticket at the green ticket machines with passport icons or at the green ticket counters.

※"Sanyo Shinkansen (Kokura–Hakata) one-way ticket exchange machine" is available for redemption daily starting at 5:30 AM Japan Time.

※During peak periods for the NOZOMI trains (Golden Week, Obon Festival, and New Year holidays), all departure schedules will be reserved-seat only (no non-reserved seats available). You cannot use this ticket during these times. Please take the non-reserved seats on MIZUHO, SAKURA, HIKARI, or KODAMA trains instead.

※In case of train delays or temporary suspensions, please proceed to JR West Japan Hakata Station or JR West Japan Kokura Station to complete the necessary procedures.
