Passengers without an ID card must bring valid identification documents such as a household registration (hukou) or travel permit to the ticket counter at the pier to collect a paper ticket before boarding the ferry.
Booking Information
1. This ferry route operates under a real-name ticketing system. To ensure smooth boarding, please provide accurate information including your full name, ID number, and mobile phone number when booking. The ID used for ticket purchase must match the travel documents used for immigration clearance. For tickets purchased with a mainland Chinese ID card, no physical boat ticket collection is required - simply present your ID card at the gate. For tickets purchased with other documents (such as Household Registration (Hukou), Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan travel permits, passport, etc.), you must first collect your physical ticket at the terminal ticket counter before proceeding to the gate. According to the "Real-Name Management Regulations for Waterway Passenger Transport," passengers must present their original valid ID and cooperate with staff verification at all terminals and vessels implementing real-name systems. Otherwise, terminal staff reserve the right to deny boarding.
2. The boat ticket is only valid for the scheduled departure on the day of issue and cannot be used for boarding after expiration.
3. Ticket sales for this ferry service will close 5 minutes before departure. Passengers must complete boarding procedures at the terminal ticket counter at least 30 minutes prior to departure. The gate will close 5 minutes before scheduled departure time. Any losses incurred due to insufficient time are the sole responsibility of the passenger.
4. The cruise's docking port, both the departure and arrival ports, is Xiamen Peace Pier.
5. Age group ticket types:
Adult ticket: For travelers 14 years old and over or 1.5m in height and over
Child half-price tickets: Available for minors aged 6–14 years old (inclusive) or 1.2m–1.5m in height (exclusive).
Free admission for children: Children aged 0 to under 6 years old or minors with height not exceeding 1.2 meters
Each adult can bring up to two children for free. Any additional children beyond this limit must purchase tickets at half price.
6. Military and visitors with disabilities tickets: Available at the same price as child tickets. Please present valid ID to purchase at the ticket window of the pier.
7. In case of special circumstances such as weather or water current speed affecting navigation, cruise schedules may be adjusted. The specific sailing time shall be subject to the announcements made by the cruise company.
8. For safety reasons, please do not wear high heels on the deck. In case of special weather conditions such as rain during the journey, the deck sightseeing activities may be canceled accordingly.
9. According to the "Regulations on Domestic Water Transport" (Ministry of Transport Order No. 4 of 2020), items listed in the "Directory of Restricted and Prohibited Items for Domestic Water Transport Passengers" that are prohibited from being carried on board but can be checked or conditionally checked may be handled as checked baggage or disposed of by passengers. Alternatively, temporary storage may be available where conditions permit. Carrying or checking dangerous goods, prohibited items, or controlled items in violation of regulations, which constitutes a violation of public security management, will be referred to public security authorities for handling in accordance with the law. To ensure the safety of passengers, please comply with the above regulations and carry only permitted luggage items when boarding.
