I went to a Muay Thai for Beginners class and absolutely loved it. The instructors were very professional and clearly took their job seriously. We started with a proper warm-up and stretching, and we also finished the session with stretching. There were always 2–3 trainers coming around to check on us and give individual guidance.
I think Muay Thai is definitely a must-do activity when you come to Thailand. Since it’s the national sport, practicing it here also allows you to experience and understand Thai culture from the inside.★

So much fun! I want to go again, maybe try a full-day trip. The boat driver was skilled and experienced, even though it rained the day before. They were attentive and gave great advice. It was really private, and we got to snorkel and see the fish – it was great!Trip.com picks
