What's included

1. Various hot air balloon ride packages available (each balloon can accommodate 10-22 people)

(1) BA Hot Air Balloon Ride: Child price for ages 7–12; Adult price for ages 13 and above; Children under 7 years old cannot participate.

[Standard] Package: Once booked, it cannot be canceled or changed. If the hot air balloon ride is canceled due to weather conditions on the day, a full refund or rescheduling is available.

[Non-refundable] Package: Once booked, it cannot be canceled or modified. If the hot air balloon ride is canceled due to weather on the day, it can only be rescheduled (valid for 12 months), but cannot be canceled.

(2) BB Hot Air Balloon Ride: Child price for ages 7–14; Adult price for ages 15 and above; Children under 7 years old are not allowed to participate.

Adult: Age 13+

Child: Age 7 to 12

●BA Hot Air Balloon Ride: Children aged 7-12 qualify for child pricing; ages 13+ require adult pricing. ●BB Hot Air Balloon Ride: Children aged 7-14 qualify for child pricing; ages 15+ require adult pricing. ●Legal regulations require participants under 18 to be accompanied by a guardian when booking. ●The hot air balloon activity is not suitable for: children under 7 years old; pregnant women; individuals who have undergone major surgery within the past 6 months; those unable to enter/exit the balloon basket independently; or anyone weighing over 130KG.

How to use

1. BA Hot Air Balloon

1. Usage process

● After placing the order, we need to reconfirm the inventory. Once successfully confirmed, we will send you the PDF confirmation + flight link (the confirmation will be sent to your email; the flight link will be sent online by customer support or via email - please check accordingly).

● You must confirm the following flight details in the flight link after 6:00 PM local time on the day before your flight: whether the next day's flight will operate as scheduled, pickup time/self-drive meeting time.

● On the day, wait at the designated time and location, and present the PDF confirmation or flight link to join the itinerary.

2. Self-assembly location: Peterson House Winery, 2457 Broke Rd, Pokolbin NSW 2320 (also the breakfast venue). The meeting point may change, so please refer to the flight link for confirmation. The gathering place is near the Hunter Region, which is approximately 162 km from Sydney city center, about a 2-hour drive.

2. BB Hot Air Balloon

1. Usage process

● After placing your order, we need to confirm availability. Once confirmed, we'll send the confirmation letter to your email. Please arrive at the meeting point on time and show the confirmation letter on your mobile device to our staff.

● Self-assembly location: BLAXLAND INN (2198 Broke Rd POKOLBIN NSW 2320)

● Free pick-up and drop-off services are available for other hotels within the Hunter Region (please consult customer support for details). Specific arrangements are subject to the confirmation document.

Change & cancellation policies

Please note that the booking cannot be canceled once it is confirmed.

The selected date and time cannot be modified after booking.

Important note

* The hot air balloon ride activity is not suitable for the following individuals: children under 7 years old; pregnant women; those who have undergone major surgery recently (within 6 months); people unable to enter and exit the balloon basket independently.

* Please provide the weight of each participant when placing an order; if you have any special dietary restrictions, please leave a note.

People weighing more than 130 kg are not allowed to participate in this activity.

Trips including Sydney city transfers take approx. 8.5 hours from pickup to return to the meeting point (e.g., if pickup is at 2:30 AM, return to the city hotel would be around 11:00 AM).

The round-trip self-driving itinerary from the meeting point to the hot air balloon landing takes approx. 3 hrs. Add 1 more hr if meals are included.

According to the law, those under 18 cannot participate alone

* BA Hot Air Balloon Ride will be charged at holiday rates on the following dates, and the displayed prices have been adjusted:
