Seat information
- The last row has 5 seats (priced the same as other seats).
The last row of seats on the bus and some other seats may not recline much.
Important information:
- Please arrive at the boarding location before the departure time. The bus departs on schedule. If reserved passengers have not arrived at the bus stop after the selected time, the bus will depart regardless of the number of passengers.
- For passengers who do not arrive before departure, our company will not provide additional notifications or contact you by phone.
- Seats are reserved. The bus driver will provide instructions when you board.
- Take a break every 2–3 hours.
- The published operation and arrival times are for reference only. Due to road and traffic conditions along the route, especially during consecutive holidays or year-end periods, departure and arrival times may be significantly delayed. The itinerary may not proceed as planned.
Please note that no refund will be issued in this case. Additional expenses such as taxi fares, accommodation, and dining incurred as a result will not be refunded or compensated.
- Payment cannot be made at the meeting point on the day of travel. Please ensure to complete payment before your ride.
- Ticket prices may change due to operational circumstances.
- Bus stop signs are installed at all boarding and alighting points. Please be sure to check the bus stop location using the provided map in advance, arrive early to allow sufficient time, and wait at your booked bus stop before the departure time.
Behavioral Guidelines
- If we determine that your behavior, such as being intoxicated, is causing disturbance to other passengers, we may refuse your boarding at the reception or require you to disembark.
Please note that no refund will be issued in this case.
- Drinking alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited on the bus. Please do not bring alcoholic beverages into the vehicle or consume alcohol, as this may cause issues.
- Please do not eat or drink strong-smelling food (e.g., fast food).
- Try to avoid talking to each other in the car.
- Do not board the vehicle if you have cold symptoms, a body temperature above 37.5°C, or any other changes in health condition.
Baggage allowance
- External luggage compartment (cargo hold): Available
- Size restriction: 1 piece per person, length × width × height ≤ 50 cm × 60 cm × 120 cm, weight ≤ 30 kg.
- Prohibited items:
- Non-travel baggage (even if size-compliant, items not suitcases/travel bags are prohibited for check-in).
- Valuables (such as cash, jewelry, etc.), fragile items (such as electronics, musical instruments, etc.).
- Special items: Sports equipment (surfboards, skis, golf bags, etc.), vehicles (such as bicycles), live animals, furniture, precision instruments, hazardous materials, weapons, etc. are prohibited from being carried or checked.
The above items cannot be carried on board or checked in as luggage.
Note: All baggage must be checked in before boarding. It is recommended to arrive early to complete the check-in procedure.
Onboard facilities
- Due to equipment issues, USB and Wi-Fi may be unavailable.
- These are additional services and are not included in the ticket price. Please note that refunds will not be issued even if the service is unused. *There are no chargers on the bus.
