* A grand palace banquet is half of Chinese etiquette; food etiquette has been passed down for thousands of years, and the banquet has ushered in a new national trend
* The restaurant is themed on ancient palaces, and the decoration style and ornaments are full of ancient charm, creating a strong historical atmosphere. The scene in the store is exquisitely decorated with a variety of styles, such as the Qin Empire style. From the lighting to the decoration details, it reflects the Qin culture, making customers feel as if they have traveled back to the ancient palace.
* As a "traditional culture" performing arts restaurant in Songjiang District, Shanghai, Shenggongyan deeply integrates ancient culture, performing arts and palace banquets, bringing diners a unique immersive experience. From the moment you step into the restaurant, you will be in a cultural space full of royal atmosphere.
* The Shenggong Banquet is centered on the culture of "food etiquette". Through a variety of performing arts such as ancient musical instruments, traditional opera, classical dance, drama, musical, opera, etc., you can deeply experience the charm of traditional culture while enjoying Food and Beverages. From the etiquette of welcoming guests to the ceremony of serving dishes, it seems as if you have traveled through time and space and are in an ancient royal banquet.
* The Shenggong Banquet is based on the prosperity of the past dynasties, recreating the elegant banquet scene from the aspects of banquet, food, ceremony, music, etc. We innovate the way of presenting dishes, shifting the focus of diners from simple food to the in-depth experience of Chinese traditional culture. Each dish is a microcosm of history, and each banquet is a cultural journey.
* The Palace Banquet is not only a feast for the taste buds, but also a living museum of Chinese traditional culture. We use "food" as a carrier to innovatively integrate palace etiquette, intangible cultural heritage performances and contemporary Food and Beverages experience, reshaping "touchable history and tasteable culture" for urban people. This 90-minute banquet experience is a double feast for vision and taste.

During the meal, immersive performances are performed in turn, allowing diners to experience the charm of traditional culture while satisfying their taste buds:
- Guzheng Solo: A musician dressed in Hanfu plucked the strings with his fingertips, and the melodious tunes of "High Mountain and Flowing Water" and "Fisherman's Song at Dusk" lingered in the hall, instantly filling the room with an ancient atmosphere;
- Kunqu Opera excerptsProfessional actors in exquisite costumes performed the excerpt "Dream in the Garden" from The Peony Pavilion. Their sleeves fluttered and their singing was graceful, as if they were traveling through a thousand-year-old stage.
- Palace Dance Show: The dancers, dressed in gold-embroidered palace costumes, performed the "Jinghong Dance" to the beat of drums. Their skirts fluttered like butterfly wings, contrasting with the palace lanterns and screens in the hall, making it seem as if they were in an ancient palace.

In the restaurant, the vermilion tea sets and tableware are exquisite and elegant, placed on the table, exuding a classical charm.
The meals are exquisite and sophisticated, with cold appetizers served in glass cups, and the presentation resembles a Jiangnan ink painting;
The main course, "Kung Pao Crystal Shrimp Balls," is plump and coated in amber sauce; the "Slow-cooked Beef Ribs" are tender and flavorful; and the "Crab Roe Braised Tofu" is fresh and rich.
The dessert "Lotus Crisp" blooms layer by layer, paired with Mingqian Longjing tea, which relieves greasiness and adds elegance.
