Departure time and check-in information
- Check-in closes 30 minutes before departure.
- Please call the flight base 24 hours before departure to check the weather conditions and confirm that the weather is suitable for flying.

- If your helicopter flight is canceled due to bad weather, you can choose another date or receive a full refund.
Additional information
- Helicopter flights have a minimum passenger requirement (no fewer than 4 people). If the number of passengers for a flight does not meet this minimum, the helicopter company reserves the right to cancel the activity on the day (with only a refund of the current fee) or adjust the flight plan. When possible, efforts will be made to coordinate and arrange the flight as scheduled.
- The helicopter can carry up to 6 passengers with a total weight limit of 480 kg. Due to limited space in the front row, the combined weight of the 2 front passengers must not exceed 153 kg.
- Due to flight requirements for weather, visibility, and landing conditions, to ensure safe operations, pilots may make minor temporary adjustments to the flight schedule, landing, and route based on actual conditions. However, the flight duration remains approximate, including your estimated landing time.
- For safety reasons, drones, iPads, or selfie sticks are not allowed on the plane. It is recommended to only carry a phone, camera, and necessary small bags.

Notes
- Infants (under 4 years old and under 15kg) must sit on an adult's lap. Infants weighing over 15kg require a separate seat.
