Travel Guidelines and Service Guarantee
1. You can choose between a bus tour or a small group tour for 2–8 passengers (visitors can select their preferred tour option when making a booking based on their request).
2. Bus tour: A dedicated guide on board provides thoughtful service, explaining precautions and local culture, with a commitment to no shopping stops and absolutely no forced spending.
3. Small group of 2-8 people: A genuine small group with no more than 8 people per vehicle. No separate guide is arranged, and the service is provided by the driver who also serves as the guide. We guarantee no shopping stops, no forced consumption, and no onboard promotions!
Li River Scenic Area Xingping Nine Horses Bamboo Raft Tips
Each bamboo raft accommodates 4 people. If your group has fewer than 4, you'll need to wait to share a raft with others or pay the full fare for 4 people to depart immediately.
The round-trip electric cart fare between the pier and the parking lot is not included.
Yulong River Notice
1. Yulong River regulations: Children under 1m in height, seniors over 70 years old, and pregnant women are not permitted to ride the double bamboo rafts.
2. Rafting Time: The rafting duration is for reference only. The rafting time on the Yulong River is controlled by the local operators, and the actual duration depends on the rowing speed of the rafters on the day.
3. Regarding availability: The Yulong River double bamboo raft is manually operated and can accommodate 2 visitors. Rafts depart with a minimum of 2 people. If you are traveling alone, we will prioritize pairing you with other group members. If pairing is not possible, a supplement of CNY 100 per person will be required. Please be informed in advance.
4. Regarding empty seats: The 8-person bamboo raft on the Yulong River is manually operated and can accommodate up to 8 visitors. A minimum of 5 visitors is required to depart. If there are fewer than 5 visitors, you may need to wait for others to join or pay the fee equivalent to 5 visitors to start the rafting.
