If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
Lunch time is from 12:30 to 14:00, please arrive between 11:30 and 12:15 for the experience; Dinner time is from 18:30 to 20:00, please arrive between 17:30 and 18:15 for the experience.
Lunch service is not available Monday to Friday, only on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
The Tang Banquet Restaurant is not located within the block. Please take the escalator on the west side outside the south gate of The Longest Day in Chang'an Theme Block to reach the second floor.
The accompanying banquet operates on a one-person-one-ticket-one-seat policy, and accompanying guests must purchase tickets according to the number of people.
