5. The name of the guest on the reservation must be the same as the name on the check-in table. A valid ID card must be provided upon check-in.

[Booking Rules]
1. Once confirmed, all hotel room reservations are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-cancellable. Because hotel rooms are time-sensitive, the hotel promises to hold the room until the guest's arrival date. If a guest does not check in on time, the room will not be transferred to another guest without reason, resulting in a vacant room. All reservation fees will be charged as usual and will not be refunded. Please carefully read the hotel product details and place your order with caution.
2. When booking hotel products, you must provide a valid name and contact number for the guest. If the guest is unable to confirm the exact details of the check-in due to incorrect or incomplete check-in information or inaccurate contact information, resulting in a loss or inability to check in, this hotel and the hotel will not provide a refund and will not be held liable.
3. According to relevant national laws and regulations, if your itinerary is affected by force majeure, the hotel will assist you in resolving the issue, but will not be liable for any resulting losses. You will be responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result.

IX. Please register your child according to the agreed standards (such as height and age). Children over 1 meter tall will need to purchase tickets or food and beverages. All expenses incurred due to over-height are your responsibility. You will also be responsible for any related losses. Except for the circus tickets: one ticket per person is required for the circus, and accompanying children must purchase separate tickets.
10. Entry to any Chimelong theme park requires a security check and is strictly prohibited from bringing controlled devices or other items into the park.
