I booked a car from Huanglong to Jiuzhaigou and back from Jiuzhaigou to Huanglong with the same company. The drivers were different, but both were reliable. Driver 8682F on the outbound trip drove a clean and tidy vehicle, drove smoothly, and dropped me off at the hotel. Very good.★

Since I don't speak Chinese, I do feel a bit anxious about being contacted the evening before telling us where to meet, but Trip.com bookings are reliable because they have always responded 100% of the time so far. I arrived about 30 minutes later than the estimated time, but that wasn't bad.★
