How to use

Not included: Hong Kong Disneyland admission ticket, please purchase separately.

Go to the "Fairy Tale Arts Magic Makeup Parlor" at Hong Kong Disneyland and show your e-ticket (the QR code must be clear and complete).

Guests should arrive at the Magic Makeup Parlor 15 minutes before the scheduled time. The styling and photography service takes approximately 45–60 minutes.

This service is only available for children aged 3–11 and requires adult supervision.

Change & cancellation policies

Please note that the booking cannot be canceled once it is confirmed.

The selected date and time cannot be modified after booking.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Important note

1. The Disney princess/prince styling and photography service does not include park admission. Guests must hold a valid admission ticket to enter the park.

2. Guests should arrive at the Magic Makeup Parlor 15 minutes before the scheduled time. The styling and photography service takes approximately 45–60 minutes.

3. This service is only available for children aged 3–11 and requires adult supervision.

4. Once the Disney Princess/Prince styling and photography service booking is confirmed, all fees paid will be non-refundable, except in cases of cancellation due to severe weather conditions.

5. Guests who fail to arrive at the selected time slot and consequently cannot enjoy the Disney Princess styling and photography service will not be eligible for compensation or a refund.

6. Disney princess/prince styling and photography services are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. Availability for purchase is subject to supply.
