An unexpectedly wonderful experience! The travel agency, SA Tour, and our guide, Yamy, made excellent arrangements. They made sure to note our requests beforehand, and even sent a WhatsApp group message before departure to inform us of the itinerary and things to watch out for. Yamy's arrangements and explanations on the day were meticulous and attentive, making it a wonderful day trip. The guide and the itinerary deserve full marks! The alpacas were adorable, the bicycles and miniature train were fun, and there was ample time for sightseeing. Nami Island is beautiful and relaxing, with many small animals and trees; walking and cycling are very pleasant. The only downside is to be prepared for traffic on the return trip, which took over two hours. Overall, however, the trip was fulfilling, fun, and the scenery was beautiful, with a great guide. Full marks! Thank you so much, Yamy, for the arrangements. Very good!★

This was a great way to start this amazing vacation in Korea. Even though it was warmer than expected, the ice sculptures were nice to see. Nami island was nice and would love to come back in the spring since during winter the trees are bare. The arboretum was lively with lots of lights. It was a magical place to wnd the tour with. Our guide, Sean, gave us lots of interesting tips and the place chose for lunch (you own expense) was truly delicious!★

On the product page, Nami Island was listed as the next stop after Uobi Valley, but when I participated, the order was lunch → Nami Island → Uobi Valley → Cafe. However, personally, I didn't have any problems with that schedule, and I hadn't expected to stop at the cafe, so it was a pleasant surprise. The tour representative contacted me the day before, so I was relieved to know that the tour would proceed as planned.★

Our tour guide, Zoey, was very enthusiastic and fluent in both Chinese and English. After the tour ended on the 29th of the lunar year, she even gave us some snacks! We were lucky enough to have snow on Snow Mountain in February, making it a very enjoyable trip.
