The cruise itself was great, everything was well organized, and there was lots of delicious food. However, there weren't many people on our trip, and no one was particularly enjoying themselves. But that's a question for the people, not the cruise organization. There wasn't a disco as such, just a dance show and singing. The wine was inexpensive and bottled. It was drinkable, but not very tasty. I couldn't order a cake for my friend's birthday on trip.com, but I approached the manager on the ship and asked if it was possible to congratulate her, and they kindly arranged a cake! A special thank you to them for that! The ship is large and can't pass under some bridges, so we circled and sailed in circles where we could, with short gaps. If you want to travel further, you should probably choose a smaller ship.

We did the second lunch sitting then explored the observation decks so didn’t leave until after 4:00. At that time the night market sellers were setting up and we couldn’t get a Grab car or taxi to get back to our hotel. Other than that, it was a great experience. Bring your own water though - soft drinks are free but but water is 25 baht per bottle! If you do the second sitting for lunch, go early to do the observation decks before lunch and then hightail it out of there at 3:00 if you need to go somewhere else.

1. Smooth Booking Process This time, I booked VIP Express at the Thai airport through Trip.com. Since it was my first time using it, I was a little apprehensive at first, especially since the price was significantly lower than my previous fast-track booking. However, their recent reviews were very positive and seemed reliable, so I proceeded. Customer service contacted me promptly and collected the required information via LINE. The entire booking process was smooth, and I felt reassured after completing it. 2. Professional and Responsive Customer Service On the day of departure, I proactively contacted customer service, and they responded very quickly and provided thorough instructions. I believe proactive communication is crucial to avoid any issues along the way. 3. Super Fast Arrival at the Airport Upon arrival at BKK Airport, I was immediately greeted by a staff member holding a sign with my name on it. The entire process was very professional, and they made sure to ask if I had already applied for an e-entry card online, which is crucial and must be done. Afterwards, they escorted me to the VIP Express immigration lane. From deplaning to completing immigration, the entire process took less than 15 minutes, significantly faster than other passengers on my flight. 4. Baggage Check-in and Full Service After clearing customs, they will escort you to the baggage check-in area. If you have checked luggage, they will assist you throughout the entire process. Since I didn't have any checked luggage, I asked them to leave. The entire process was very professional and smooth, and customer service was always in touch to ensure there were no issues. 5. Summary and Recommendation The overall experience was excellent, and the price was reasonable, significantly cheaper than the previous expedited customs clearance. I recommend staying in touch with customer service during booking, providing complete information, and proactively contacting them upon arrival and departure. The entire process was fast, secure, and professional. Highly recommended.

When you get to Chit Lom Station, remember to take the Central Gate 2 from the Sky Bridge and enter the Central Building through Gate 2. Refer to the photos I attached, then go down to the first floor and walk towards the food court. You will see the Klook exchange office.
