I booked this trip directly with Star Tours Oman via email. The communication went easily and correctly. The old town of Nizwa was very beautiful. There was plenty of time to visit the souk, to taste a dozen kinds of dates, and to visit the Nizwa Fort. In the afternoon we visited Fort Bahla and Fort Jabrin. These two forts were recently restored and are very beautiful. I cannot thank my guide Ali enough for the effort he made to make this trip unforgettable.★

Our trip was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We saw the sights of Nizwa, enjoyed stunning views of the canyon, and had a delicious lunch at a mountain restaurant! We highly recommend a tour with Khalid! We had very little time in Oman and he gave us a wonderful glimpse into this country's history, heritage and culture. Despite the itinerary being fairly packed, Khalid was patient and didn't rush us once - instead he prioritised the most important locations (Nizwa and Jebel Shams). He was kind, respectful and very knowledgeable. His driving was safe and he was clearly experienced with the zig-zaggy roads leading up to the breath-taking viewpoint on Jebel Shams.
