Very easy to book and collect the tickets. Counter staffs are polite and helpful. Ferry have comfortable seats and comes with a charging port for every seat. Journey is smooth and on time.

The departure point was indicated correctly. The bus was comfortable, and the staff was excellent. We were seated immediately. The audio guide worked perfectly. It was clear what was being said. The narration was interesting. They showed us the city's most important sights, and the selection was perfect.

It was very helpful, but the exchange point was not at the arrival terminal, so I had to take a free shuttle bus to a different terminal (subway station). If you purchase the pass locally, they will refund the deposit, but this is not the case with tourist passes purchased here.
