8-Hour diving diving in Semporna , Malaysia [Bombon Island, Mataking Island, and Timba Island]

Note: For the Tianyu Yacht one-day tour and BGB's own Speedboating one-day tour, the group will gather at 8:00 and the boats will depart one after another after the check-in ends at 08:30. Guests who fail to check in at 08:30 will be deemed as a No Show and the booking will be lost.

• Product Description
• This itinerary requires guests to go to the meeting point by themselves. Please meet on time according to the itinerary arrangement meeting time and location.
• You will shared transportation with other passengers during the trip. As everyone has different preferences for travel time, please understand and cooperate with each other and follow the unified arrangements of the driver and guide.
• Children's age is calculated based on their birth year. Speedboating are free for children aged 0-3, and are charged at the same price for children aged 4-11. All rates are based on the year of birth as shown on the child's passport. If the child's age is incorrect on the day of the tour, we reserve the right to charge the child at the current rate.
• For safety reasons, we do not provide disposable Mouthpiece for experience diving and certified diving . We provide one-piece Mouthpiece and breathing tubes.
• Flight Information: After one deep diving, a 12-hour surface interval is required. After two or more deep dives, an 18-hour surface interval is required before boarding a flight. If you are planning a diving experience or a certified diving on the same day, it is recommended to book a flight departing after 12:00 PM the next day. Deep diving is only open to those aged 14-50.
• [About washing] On the return, you can get off at the Haifeng Hotel pier, then wash up at BGB before boarding the plane
• We may not be able to go to Mataking and Timba-Tingba Islands due to low tide. We will snorkel nearby. Please understand.
• Booking reminder: Guests who place separate orders, please be sure to remind customer service to make a note (which accounts that placed separate orders must be on the same boat on the day of travel). Otherwise, there will be a situation where guests who place the same order are not on the same boat. We will not bear any responsibility for this itinerary without making a note. • Travel Tips
• If the guest is late or fails to participate in the trip due to personal reasons, it will be deemed that the guest has automatically given up the trip and cannot request to cancel the trip or refund the trip fee on this basis.
• Itinerary Adjustment: This itinerary may be temporarily changed or suspended due to weather, strikes, safety reasons, etc. Please cooperate.
• If the guest abandons the trip midway due to their own reasons, the resulting life safety and additional expenses will be borne by the guest, and the trip fee will not be refunded.
• During the one-day tour, you will participate in snorkeling, water activities and island hopping. Please keep your valuables in a safe place. Mobile phones and other electronic products must be protected from water, drop and loss. If they are accidentally wet, damaged or dropped into the water, the damage and loss of property will be borne by the guests themselves!

• Visitors are not allowed to take a plane within 24 hours after diving to avoid personal injury. Those who do not obey will bear the consequences at their own risk and the company will not be responsible.
• Guests who wish to participate in experience diving or recreational diving must complete the physical health report form developed by the PADI organization. If any of the physical conditions do not meet the standards, you will not be able to participate in the diving activity. Those who insist on it must present a doctor's consent form.
• The sea trip is strictly prohibited for pregnant women, the elderly, or those with heart disease, hypertension, osteoporosis, cervical spondylosis and other diseases that are not suitable for sea travel, as well as those who are severely seasick. If you are found to have participated in the trip without permission, you will not be allowed to participate in the trip and no refund will be given. If a tourist conceals the above conditions and an accident occurs on the boat, the consequences will be borne by the tourist.
• Gratuities, photos, videos, flippers and some sales promotions by service staff involved in the travel program require additional payment and are all purchased or paid voluntarily by the guests. No guide or service staff has the right to force purchases or charges.
• If the originally booked airport transfer service cannot be carried out due to flight or boat delays, our hotel will not refund the airport transfer fee. Guests should notify customer service at least 3 hours in advance when the flight or boat is delayed or cancelled. We will adjust the arrangements based on the actual traffic conditions at the time.
