Fairly easy to book. Just go to the ferry and show them the qr and they will print a ticket for you. The ferry is clean and fast. But not for people with seasick. The waves can get quite rough and the whole journey is bumpy.★

Booking is convenient and cheaper than buying at the ticket office. The ferry doesn't rock, and they show movies on TV. Boarding is via small boats. In Langkawi, I didn't like having to find my luggage myself and pull it out of the pile.
