Registration guidelines:
1. This tour is guided by a local professional guide. The minimum group size is 2 people. Please confirm the group's availability in advance.
2. Application closes 1 day before departure date;
Please provide the traveler's phone number at least 5 days before the departure date, otherwise the final travel notification cannot be sent.
Group tour notice:
1. This trip requires you to have a valid photo ID, such as a national passport with a U.S. visa, U.S. resident ID card, U.S. driver's license, etc.
2. If there is any discrepancy between the time indicated in the itinerary and the time announced by the guide on-site, please follow the time provided by the guide.
3. Alaska winters are quite cold, so pack warm clothing according to your needs, such as: down jackets, fleece layers, hats, scarves, waterproof snow boots, and sunglasses.
4. Travelers under 18 must be accompanied by at least 1 adult throughout the tour, or submit a signed disclaimer from their guardian.
5. If a guest fails to meet the guide at the designated meeting time and place due to personal reasons (including but not limited to illness, accidents, lateness, etc.) and misses the departure, resulting in inability to participate in the scheduled activities, the fee for that day's tour will not be refunded. You can call the emergency contact number (see the tour confirmation notice) 1-2 days before departure to reconfirm the meeting time and location.
6. In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to: natural disasters, government or social actions, accidents, malfunctions, road blockages, etc.), with the priority of ensuring the safety and rights of all tour group members, we reserve the right to take appropriate measures and make necessary adjustments based on actual circumstances. This may include temporary changes to the itinerary schedule or content, or even cancellation of some or all sightseeing activities, with final interpretation rights retained. No refunds will be issued for affected tour services, and any additional costs incurred (such as extended hotel stays, vehicle/guide services, meals, flight ticket changes, etc.) shall be borne by the travelers themselves.
Natural disasters: floods, earthquakes, hailstorms, blizzards, tsunamis, etc.
Government or social actions: war, strikes, protests, regime changes, policy changes, terrorist threats, etc.
Accidents or breakdowns: sudden malfunctions of transportation vehicles such as tour buses, sudden damage to recreational equipment, traffic accidents blocking roads, etc.
Road closures: Highway blockages caused by objective factors such as weather conditions or traffic accidents
Change and cancellation policy:
1. Cancellations or changes made within 7 days of departure (Alaska local time) will incur a full tour fee charge.
For Alaska, free cancellation or rescheduling is available more than 7 days before the departure time (local time).
Inclusions:
1. Local professional guide (also serving as driver) service;
2. Tourist bus transportation service during the trip, the vehicle type will be arranged according to the number of participants.
3. Transportation and admission tickets included in the itinerary.
Exclusions:
1. Transportation to the meeting point on the day of the round-trip.
2. Optional activities (fees excluded) and tours/admission tickets not included in the itinerary;
3. Meal(s);
4. Based on the customary gratuity practices in Alaska, the recommended standard is: $20 per person for the bus guide, and $10-$20 per person for the glacier hiking guide.
Please pay the gratuities to your guide on the day of the tour as recognition and encouragement for their work.
All other expenses not mentioned in the itinerary or agreement are not included.
