The process to retrieve the physical card was simple but if you are a very early morning traveler then I do not recommend it, as the earliest time to do the exchange at station is at 9:00am for the day you selected. I went the day before to do the exchange but it was not possible. Other than everything was great.★

It's very easy to use. It's not only great for Kintetsu itself, but also includes discounts on Nara Kotsu buses and some attractions, making it perfect for a day trip from Kyoto or Osaka to Nara. Please note that if you use a different browser to access the ticket page, you may need to revalidate it. It's recommended to configure it in advance and keep the same browser open during your trip.
Also, be sure to purchase a limited express ticket for limited express trains.★

It was my first time taking a night bus, and it was a very different experience. The customer service staff were also very friendly, offering many options for you to choose from and letting you re-operate. The only downside was that as a big kid, it was a little hard for me to fall asleep.★
