The tour operator was prompt in contacting me after I made the reservation, and they were professional and helpful. Unfortunately I had to cancel my stop at Shaxi quite last minute since my mother injured her knee, but the team was prompt in assisting me to change it to a direct transfer from Dali to Lijiang instead so that we could arrive Lijiang earlier to rest. Thanks again!

This experience was absolutely fantastic! The environment was clean and tidy, and the facilities were very complete. I especially want to commend the service staff for being friendly and professional. They not only answered all our questions meticulously but also helped with many details. Their enthusiastic assistance greatly enhanced the entire trip; it was definitely a five-star experience! I will definitely come back next time I have the chance.

The trip is excellent, they agree to add Friday market that we enjoy so much, also the tricycle experience to enjoy bookstore and cafe, Shaxi is very beautiful, the driver is patientwhile waiting for us, one thing is he drop us not at the people’s entrance so we need to walk far
