In such cases, ticket changes or refunds will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding, as your safety is always our top priority.
If our shipping team notifies you before departure that the pier is inoperable due to weather conditions, you will receive a full refund.
How to get there
Self-drive: Route A: If you are not staying at Sutera Harbour Resort. Take a taxi/GRAB car to Sutera Harbour Marina Jetty. On the provided map, you will notice a "Drop Point Gate." There is no sign, but if you walk to Sutera Harbour Marina Jetty, you will find our boat ticket officer waiting there. According to the provided map, if you are driving, you can park your car in the parking lot area. Then walk to Sutera Harbour Marina Jetty, where you will find our boat ticket officer waiting.
Nearby landmark: Route B: If you check in at Sutera Harbour Resort. Walk directly from your room to the Sutera Harbour Marina, where you'll find our boat ticket officer waiting for you!
