A beautiful drive with spectacular views. Our driver was Pablo Honda, and he was always very attentive to the mountain road conditions. He drove very carefully, and we felt very safe.

The guide was great, the group was small and well-organized. We stopped in in the most important highlights, except the Vina del Mar seaside palace which I was really missing. The visit to Casablanca for wine tasting left my with hard feelings: they gave us 2 cheapest wines to taste: white which was fine and red, which they served much too hot - the wine was around 24-25 degrees of Celsius, while they claimed it should be served in 17 degrees :/ I would expect more professionalism from them while service their wine.

A truly perfect travel experience! Although it was advertised as a 15-person group, there were actually only three of us, plus a guide and a driver, making a total of five. We were picked up directly from the hotel early in the morning, and the ride was very comfortable throughout. Our guide, Cristian, was incredibly attentive and responsible, contacting us the night before to explain important details and picking us up on time the next day. His language skills were phenomenal; he switched seamlessly between English, Spanish, and Portuguese throughout the trip, and was always humorous and engaging. Our driver, Alex, was honest and kind, a little quiet at first, perhaps a bit shy. But he was also a wonderful person, as considerate as Cristian, and even offered to help take photos. So, even if you're traveling solo, you can confidently join a group without worrying about who will take photos for you. The main attractions were wineries and snow-capped mountains. We stopped at several points along the way for coffee, restroom breaks, and some photo opportunities. The whole trip wasn't tiring at all. At the InSitu winery, the guide kindly offered tastings of local wines, and you could also buy some if you wanted; the wines were delicious and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, I ran out of baggage allowance, so it wasn't convenient to bring any wine with me. There was absolutely no hard selling or forced shopping throughout the entire trip; it was perfectly fine even if you didn't buy any alcohol. You had one hour of free time on the mountain, and on the way back after descending, they'd even sell you a local specialty pastry—it was quite delicious. I chose the cheese and beef one, and it was incredibly fragrant!
