I really enjoyed to learn more about the sad history of The Korean War and Korean people’s lives now and then. Jenny, our guide, was fantastic! She is sharing her personal story and she even made me cry, she is funny too, I laughed a lot, and she is helpful, she made the trip so interesting - A BIG THANK YOU TO HER!! I also want to give credit for the use of photos and videos inside the bus while we were on the road - very smart! On the other side: I wished we had more time, I felt that I was in a hurry almost all the time, but still I felt that I got most of it. We never saw the read bridge!! So the photo and the description telling us to se a bridge, free of choice, is misleading and should be rewritten, in my opinion. But all in all - I am so happy that I decided to join this trip and I really hope I some years ahead can look back on this trip as long gone history and be happy that the reunion is a reality.

The South Korean tour guide team was very professional. After booking through Ctrip, they communicated with us one day in advance to confirm the meeting time and place. The itinerary was compact and well-planned, visiting Imjingak, Dora Observatory, and the Third Tunnel in sequence. Our tour guide, Kim Ji-hye, was professional, cheerful, and humorous. She provided detailed explanations of the history of inter-Korean relations and each attraction, and thoughtfully helped with taking photos and translation.

Missing the bus by a twist of fate led to a tense and exciting start, but thankfully I participated in the entire trip and it was a great memory. I communicated effortlessly with our Chinese-speaking guide, Gon, a very warm and responsible Korean young man. He was always eager to help, offering to take photos, and proactively recommending good restaurants and beautiful scenery. He even gave me lovely postcards. A fantastic day trip!
