This trip to the Dimaniyat islands was the definite highlight of my holiday in Oman and a must-do. We headed out on a boat to the islands and after about 30-mins we already arrived to the first snorkelling site. Right after getting into the water we already saw a huge group of turtles and had plenty of time, about an hour to swim and snorkel with them. Afterwards we took the boat to a second snorkelling site where the underwater world was even more beautiful with corals and a lot of different types of colourful fish and some more turtles. To end the trip we went to a third place very close to the sandy beach of one of the islands. During this time people were not allowed on the actual island, but our guide, Fahad made sure we get as close as possible. What I would like to point out is not only the helpfulness and friendliness of Fahad (I went with my mum who had knee surgery last year so it was a bit harder for her to climb back on the boat and he always had a helping hand for her, also help with using the snorkels), but most importantly his amazing attitude. Towards appreciating and preserving nature, advising us on what not to do to scare the turtles and to make sure we leave nature just as we found it. He radiated a love for the sea and its creatures and I could tell how important this was for him. All throughout the trip we were supplied by water, juices, sandwiches and fruits to make sure everyone has energy. All in all I had the best time ever and would do this trip again in a heartbeat! Oh, and afterwards I asked him for the photos and videos he took underwater with his camera and that very day he was kind enough to share it. A huge thank you from me and my mum

The boat trip with Captain Happy and Magibb was fabulous. They took us to an earthly paradise, pampering us with delicious snacks, watermelon, and music. The sea was beautiful, and we were lucky enough to see turtles and lots of fish. Thank you for this fantastic experience!

My friends, this was a wonderful experience. We've long been familiar with snorkeling, but this time everything was perfect. Booking on trip.com was easy: the voucher arrived immediately, and you don't need to print it out; you can store it in the app. The day before the trip, the organizers contact you and explain everything. The company office is located at the port of Sib (where the meeting point was), where you can have coffee, go to the restroom, and change while you wait. The group is escorted to the boat in a central location and seated. A half-hour ride brings you to a beautiful reef, where a veritable abundance of fish awaits, and most importantly, LOTS of friendly turtles. One of them even kissed my wife on the forehead. The masks and fins are excellent quality. There are no swimming restrictions – we visited two spots, each with an hour and a half of free swimming. Even I, accustomed to exercise, was tired. During the trip, you will be fed sandwiches, and water and juice are available. The icing on the cake is the delicious watermelon. Captain Lucky is unobtrusive, but always ready to help! A must-order!

The trip was fantastic, we were thrilled. We saw dolphins, saw Oman's forts and defensive structures from the sea, and swam in the bay on a living reef. I highly recommend it. 👍🏼
