We are very satisfied with the service and we think our driver is also very good. We appreciate that he is considerate with our needs and timing as well as trying his best to communicate with us despite the language barrier as we can only speak a little bit of chinese. It was a very memorable experience to be able to see the Western Sichuan mountains through our booking of this trip that included car and driver. Our driver, Mr Tang, was very patient plus a very experienced driver. He couldn't speak English but we managed to communicate with him through our basic mandarin. He was very accommodating towards all our needs and times, and very pleasant to travel with throughout our 5 days with him. This is not an easy trip to make as it really took us through very long hours of drive, through rural towns and hairpin roads but the scenery was magnificent and we're very glad to have made the trip. Our prior communication with the travel agency was also very smooth and our travel agent was very patient in helping to plan the location of the hotels and customising our last day itinerary because Huanglong cable car was closed for December. All in all, I would definitely book through this travel agency again, based on reliability and trust.

The painting teacher and the school headmaster were both exceptionally kind and attentive—genuinely caring hosts who guided us with great patience. A fluent English-speaking interpreter was present the entire time and assisted with everything, including arranging transport. She also shared fascinating insights into local customs and everyday life in China. The result was a deeply authentic, hands-on experience that felt personal and thoughtfully curated rather than touristy. Great experience, we were guided by Hang in the market, who explained the different vegetables to us. We then had tea and ate peanuts. Then we started cooking with a chef. She didn't speak English, but Hang did the translation. We prepared 3 dishes, all as good as each other. I highly recommend doing this activity during your visit to Chengdu!

It is very pleasant to drink tea and pick ears in the People's Park, and there is a tour guide to accompany the explanation, suitable for family travel who want to experience the slow life of the local area.
