Extremely convenient and easy. There were no problems communicating with the staff; we never had any issues finding someone to contact. Customer service responded promptly and resolved problems completely. They provided real-time updates on baggage pickup and arrival, and coordinated with our arrival time at the airport! Highly recommended! It frees up your hands from carrying so many bags.

It is really very convenient, I think 100 % paid the cost of the ticket while taking 72 hours, but the first day of activation for the express trip from the airport. There is enough choice of options, no problems have arose. But I still recommend a physical card to also have a t money function.
