How to use

1. Booking instructions: For non-holiday periods, we recommend booking at least 1 day in advance. For holidays, please book at least 2 days in advance. The earlier you book, the more available time slots you'll have. For same-day bookings, please check photographer availability with customer support first. Thank you for your understanding!

2. Customer support will contact you within 1 hour after placing your order to confirm the actual shooting date, time, location, and other details. Customer support hours are 10:00 AM–10:00 PM.

Note: The above price does not include any personal expenses such as vehicle rentals and admission tickets, which need to be paid separately.

Photography guidelines

Don't trust the street solicitors near Hongyadong.

Wash your hair the night before (but don't use conditioner or hair oil as they can make styling difficult).

Get plenty of rest the night before and avoid excessive water intake to prevent puffy eyes.

On the day of the photo shoot, just use simple skincare products—no makeup (including powder, foundation, etc.) is needed.

For sensitive skin, we recommend bringing your own skincare products. It's best to use your personal skincare routine after removing makeup!

Nipple covers and colored contacts are not included in the package. You may bring your own or purchase them at the store. Wishing you a pleasant experience!

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 16:00, 7 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.
