For Alanka, VIVA Alanka, Unika, and Marilyn, children aged 4–10 and under 110cm in height qualify for child pricing. For Carnival and Riverside cruises, the child standard is 90–120cm in height, with those over 120cm charged at adult rates.

On the day of use, arrive at the ticket exchange location at least 30 minutes before the meeting time specified on your confirmation voucher to collect your tickets.

Please present the confirmation (printed or electronic copy) and traveler's name to collect your ticket. Please check and keep the confirmation.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.
