Inclusions: 1) Vehicle: car fare, fuel fee, toll fee, personal vehicle insurance;
2) Driver-guide: A Chinese driver-guide service/vehicle (tips, meal allowance, basic onboard introduction/recommendations);
3. Service: Full-day charter service for 10 hrs (standard hours 9:00 AM–7:00 PM), half-day charter service for 5 hrs.
Exclusions: 1) Personal expenses (meals, accommodation, and admission tickets not included);
Same-day car and driver service overtime
5-seat comfort/7-seat economy vehicles are charged €50 per vehicle per hour payable on-site, while 7-8 seat luxury vehicles are charged €60 per vehicle per hour payable on-site (for overtime, any portion less than one hour will be counted as one full hour);
3) Travel insurance (outside mainland China) (For travelers departing from China, it is strongly recommended to purchase outbound travel insurance domestically before departure; for departures from third countries, purchase locally). If the customer does not request it, we will assume they have confirmed purchasing travel insurance themselves. Our company is not responsible for any consequences resulting from travelers not purchasing travel insurance.
4) Nighttime service is available after 10:00 PM. An additional fee of €30 per hour applies for nighttime rides and must be paid on the spot.
5) Additional charges for exceeding the city pick-up & drop-off area
Booking Information
1. Private tour with no shared transfer, hotel pick-up time can be negotiated.
2. Discount policy: One child safety seat is provided for free; Note: According to local regulations, children aged 6 and under must use a child safety seat and cannot be held in arms. If traveling with children, please specify the number and ages in the remarks; An additional fee of 100 CNY per day applies for a second child safety seat.
3. Insurance Note: Customers need to purchase overseas insurance themselves, and all service vehicles are covered by commercial vehicle insurance.
4. If the customer is late or fails to attend the trip due to personal reasons, it will be considered as voluntary abandonment of the trip, and no cancellation or refund requests will be accepted on these grounds.
5. Itinerary Adjustment: This itinerary may be subject to temporary changes or suspensions due to weather, strikes, safety concerns, or other factors. Your cooperation is appreciated.
6. If guests voluntarily abandon the itinerary during the trip due to personal reasons, they will be responsible for any personal safety issues and additional expenses incurred, and no refund will be provided for the itinerary fees.
